Pickle and Olive Hourglass Jar

I have been looking at these jars in my “save for later” cart forever and I finally bought it. OMG, life changing. I’m the person that, at times, will look at the jar of pickles, want a pickle, but don’t want the hassle of digging for a pickle through the juice and dripping and all that. This makes for an easy and efficient pickle-grab. It’s very cool and almost RETRO-classy looking. The glass is nice and thick so it won’t break at the smallest tap. The small side has a silicone ring to protect, which in my opinion could fit on a little tighter, but is not a problem yet.If you love pickles, splurge on this jar. You will not be disappointed.

I love this jar I see it for my jalapeños it fits a can of 26oz I had for 4 years now and one of my purchases it’s worth every penny recommended this item . It’s made of good Think glass.

I LOVE these cute little jars! I now own two of them: One for my olives and one for my petite sweet pickles that I have a constant craving for (I try to eat them instead of candy, helps give me the sweet taste I am looking for and aren't as bad for me as candy). I love that they can stay in their juices to stay fresh and when I'm ready to eat some, I turn it over and all the juice drain into the small liquid containment area - my treats are easy to grab and I don't have all the sticky juice to contend with. The jar opening is large enough for me to get my fingers in, so I don't even need a fork or spoon to grab my treat and my fingers don't get sticky. I like that the strainer comes out, so I can easily wash everything. I only have two compaints, but they do not take away from the 5 stars for me because they are more a "me-issue" than a design issue. Negatives for me: 1) The large opening that I love requires a large lid to cover it. I have small hands, so sometimes I fight to get the lid open because my hands barely fit all the way around the lid and because you don't want it to leak, you make sure to scew the lid on snugly, so there are times that I cuss while opening the jar. 2) I appreciate the fact that glass/purex is cleaner, doesn't hold smells, is see-through and won't haze or discolor over time, but at the same time, I am terrified that my clumsy self is going to drop one of these, it's going to shatter on my tile floor, and I will have a sticky, dangerous mess at my feet and all over my kitchen. Again, this is a me-issue, not a design issue. Putting those two matter aside, I love this product and will be buying a third one to put my dill pickles in - I don't eat them as much, but want to keep them all in the same uniform container to make things easier and aesthetically pleasing for my OCD. :o) To me, the quality of the item and functionality made the price within what I would consider agreeable. I hope you like yours just as much!

The only thing I do not like about this is that it does not come in smaller sizes for things like cherries, olives, etc.!

I bought this for a Nasty Santa party, the game where everyone can steal someone else’s gift or select a wrapped one. It got stolen twice, a sure sign that it was a good choice for the party!

Love this one.I've had similar jars but they leaked. There are so many nice qualities about this one. The glass is nice and sturdy. The cap does not leak. And the rubber base is a nice addition to keep it from sliding on the counter.

Este producto me encantó ,me lo habían recomendado para guardar mis aceitunas ya que en mi casa se consume mucho ,es súper práctico e higiénico ,porque escurre el agua cuando quieres coger en mi caso las aceitunas ,el material muy bueno de cristal o silicona y plástico ,pero el pomo como tal es de cristal ,bastante espacioso ,lo recomiendo 10/10 yo compré este para probar y ahora compraré más para tener varios ,la entrega fue excelente muy bien empaquetado .

I really love this pickle jar. So nice to be able to get to the pickles without a mess. My only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes it is hard to get the lid on straight and then it leaks. You have to be careful.

This is a great product. I love the way it separates the juice from the slices. Makes it easier and less messy. Very tight deal. Once that jar is closed and flipped over, they're are no leaking issues.

Awesome! Brilliant idea. Just wished they made a bigger one. I get dill pickles from Sam’s Club, so they don’t all fit. It’s nice not having to fish for my pickles.

Amazing idea. Though I felt a little like they made the bottle look much larger than it is. Doesn’t hold a large supermarket sized bottle-worth of pickles. Maybe a small bottle… but also not the large pickles. Wish it was larger and this would be 10 stars. :)
